A quick blog post today to say that I put some of my work into the Muriel Hopper Hut Art Awards.
Selected artworks can be viewed and bought from 8 - 23 June. Non-selected artworks can be viewed from 22 July - 4 August.
I have one work in each of these, so if you're near Lower Hutt you should check it out! There's a People's Choice award too, and I'd really appreciate it if you voted for me (if mine is genuinely your choice!).

What do you want to see?
I have so many different ideas and directions to go in, but I can only pursue a few (or maybe only one) at a time. I've previously asked if people were interested in custom/commissioned artwork, or art prints. Neither of those options got much interest, so for now, I'm not going to pursue them. I'm thinking I might focus on a few more exhibitions and contests like this Muriel Hopper Award, and generally make the artwork from my very long list of ideas.
However, if you ARE interested in custom work, prints, or other things such as merchandise/me opening the shop back up, you'll have to let me know! I'm equally excited about all the things I want to do, but if I know YOU are excited then that will help me decide what ideas to pursue. I might write the next blog about some options with polls for you to choose :)
