When you purchase an artwork (whether it's an original, a print, or merchandise), copyright stays with Cross-Eyed Morgan. Your purchase is for personal display and enjoyment only.
Purchasing does not give you the right to reproduce, distribute, or sell copies of the artwork in any form. Cross-Eyed Morgan retains the exclusive right to create prints, merchandise, or other reproductions for distribution or sale.

I hope you're very happy with your purchase! That said, here's how returns work:
Refunds or exchanges are accepted if your item arrives not as described, or if there's a genuine fault. Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order so we can sort it out.
While as much care as possible will be taken to protect your order if you choose envelope postage, no refunds will be provided if there is damage through this shipping method. If you are worried about your order, please choose courier at checkout.
Unfortunately, returns can't be accepted for change of mind.
Every order is packed with care and in the spirit of keeping things sustainable, I use mostly re-used and recycled packaging materials.
Most packages are sent with a tracked courier. Your courier options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
For small items, there is the more affordable option of envelope postage. Please note that as much care as possible will be taken to protect your order, but if you choose this method no refunds will be provided for items damaged during postage. If you are worried about your order, please choose courier at checkout.
I currently ship within Aotearoa New Zealand only. International shipping may be available in future!
Want a one-of-a-kind piece just for you? While I haven't yet set up for custom and commission orders, I'd be thrilled to chat with you about your ideas.
Here's how it generally works:
• A deposit is required upfront before work begins.
• You'll receive a draft or progress image for your feedback and approval before the piece is finalised.
• Once approved and completed, the remaining balance is due before dispatch.
Please note that due to the custom nature of these orders, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
When set up, there will be a process for commissions through the shop. But for now, feel free to contact me directly.(/contact)
I originally relaunched my website without the shop, so I could focus on creating art and exploring other ideas.
Since the launch, I have received some interest in reopening the shop. Because of this, I have dropped some merch or other items. These are on a limited basis, and may not always be available. So if you see something you like, get in quick!
If you miss out, then let me know! If there's enough interest, I might do another drop!
