These artworks from 2008 onwards may appear different to the others in my Gallery. My art has changed a lot since I started the Oral Fixation series in 2018 and in general I prefer to move on, leaving these artworks in the past. But there is something about these ones that holds my interest, maybe one day I'll revisit them in a new way?

Artworks are displayed in a random order, not chronologically, though the year they are made is provided when known.

A painting of a skull with an eyeball in its mouth. Stylised blood trickles around the eye and down the jaw. The background is a teal or turquoise colour.

A gross decorative mask (without eye holes). One eye is bulbous and without an iris. The other eye is bruised and swollen shut. There are growths all over the face, some are lumps while others have human hair coming out. There are also teeth coming out of one cheek. The colouring is red and purple tones, like the skin is sore.

Two faces, one is upright and one is upside-down. The upright face has black stylised blood or goo coming out of the eyes. This blood or goo drips down and links with blood or goo coming out of the mouth of the upside-down face. Both faces have sickly green skin and no irises in the eyes. It can be viewed the way shown here, or turned around so the other face is on top.

A nude female body from the torso up (without nipples), with watercolour hair, roses, and butterflies. The skin is pale pink, and makeup is purple. The watercolour hair is purple and dripping, with purple butterflies. The roses are at the bottom of the piece, and are a blue-purple. There are butterflies among the roses.

A black background with the torso of a figure in the foreground. The figure has high-contrast with the lighting and smooth blending. The face is cut out but the lower half is visible and stylised with no features. The skin tone is a pale blue. The figures hand rests on the neck and is the feature of the painting.

A biomechanical figure. Wide, bald head wearing sunglasses and has blue lips. Only one arm, which is muscly and veiny with a robotic hand. Nude chest. No legs, body ends in a rounded belly.

A face with a lost expression - open mouthed. No irises in the eyes. There are other, less distinct faces in the background.

An androgynous creature. Bald head, sickly green skin, and red lips. One eye is bigger than the other. Its hand is up with finger resting delicately on the mouth. Nude chest.

A sculpture that is roundish with a stem and base. The whole thing is a pinky colour. It is bulbous and dripping, with clear growths that have yellow around them.

A silhouette of a face with angry diary text within it. Over the silhouette in the brain area are red cogs and outlines of cogs. The background has black dripping ink and scribbles.

A floating face with indistinct hair/back of head. The eye is bloody with a pencil coming out of it through the back of the head. The background is bright, pale green. The pencil has stylised drippy text.

A distorted face that is pieced together in four parts. The face is pulled and strange. The background is a newspaper clipping with more text written over the top, and cogs painted.
